We at Unique Mortgages, when first approached by Capel Court Financial Services to join them, were very sceptical as to how it would work. We had for many years turned down several approaches by other aggregators. We did not wish to become a number in a maze. Yet the very genuine personal way and promises made to us gave us the confidence to give Capel Court Financial Services a go.

Sceptical? Sure, we had some doubts. Yet, as time passed, we were wrong. The service provided has been excellent. The relevant people have always been dedicated, accessible and supportive. Our accreditations with the banks could not have been any speedier or smoother. The software provided was easy to understand and use. Our commissions – god help anyone that does not pay on time – were there when it should have been. Last but not least, being a company that has had extensive experience in the telemarketing field we were sceptical as to how the Call Centre and lead generation would work. Once again our sceptisism was proved wrong. The leads provided were all genuine and we actually signed clients up.

Finally, we must say, the dedication and rapport between all staff of Capel Court Financial Services and brokers has got to be one of their main achievements. Without this personal friendly service it would not have worked.
