Capel Court has the backing of RESIMAC Limited who is a respected non-bank lender of residential and commercial loans. Originally created to service and securitise residential loans for HomeFund, a New South Wales State government housing programme under the name of FANMAC, RESIMAC became the pioneer of Australian RMBS, being the first issuer in 1988 and since then has issued nearly $10 billion through 13 domestic and international RMBS issues.
